FORMUNC is a national Model United Nations conference held annually in New York City with the aim of bringing together a passionate and motivated group of high school students to discuss international issues and politics with a focus on social innovation in an environment that inspires constructive debate. Delegates will become a part of one of six committees, each of which revolves around various hot-button issues including women’s rights and climate change.
FORMUNC II is set to be Fordham’s sophomore Model UN conference and will feature students from high schools from all around the country. The conference will be held in April 2018 at Fordham University’s Lincoln Center campus, conveniently situated near famous New York landmarks such as Lincoln Center, Colombus Circle and Central Park.
